As a high achieving woman with ADHD, I suffered from A LOT of anxiety for the majority of my life. By removing alcohol from the equation and implementing consistent behaviors - like saying daily affirmations & moving my body in Central Park - my whole life finally changed.

Not only did I conquer my ADHD & anxiety, I was finally able to break free of the drinking trap:

*consume alcohol > poor sleep > hangover/anxiety > shame spiral > swear you won’t drink again > lack of motivation > unhealthy habits > drink again > REPEAT (again & again).

Consistent exercise has a massive impact on your mental health. And vice versa… It’s all connected!

I lost over 100 in less than a year. And I did it all on my own…

I wasn’t able to succeed, no matter how hard I tried, until I was mentally equipped to do so.

How did I become mentally equipped?

Over a decade of therapy, some scary life experiences, and a complete spiritual awakening.

We are such powerful beings - the secret lies in understanding how to access, influence, and properly harness your energy.

It took me years to figure these things out, and I can’t wait to teach you what I’ve learned.

What impacts our energy?

What we think and say about ourselves - to ourselves - essentially determines our reality.

Yes, being kinder to yourself is one solution, but limiting beliefs and negative self-talk are often so entrenched in our subconscious mind that simply “being nice” is way easier said, than done.

Mindset is one of the most important parts of recovery.
