As a high-achieving ADHD woman, I suffered from extreme anxiety and depression for the majority of my life. By removing alcohol from the equation and implementing consistent behaviors - such as saying daily affirmations and consistently moving my body in Central Park - my whole life rapidly transformed.
Now, I work with ambitious women who are ready to feel aligned, empowered, and free—whether that means breaking up with alcohol or breaking through what’s been holding them back.
As a certified NLP practitioner, manifestation and mindset coach, and wellness mentor, I work with people to create a life they’re proud of.

My Journey
I had my first drink when I was 14. Alcohol quickly became a crutch and a way to numb the pain… of my childhood traumas, my parents’ divorce, the onset of my anxiety/depression, etc. It provided the escape I was always searching for.
