Course Overview:
This course will offer group life and sobriety coaching, focusing on strategies to enjoy the holidays alcohol-free. Our sessions will provide you with tools, insights, and shared experiences to reinforce your commitment to sobriety during what can be a challenging time of year. We will also share a space to chat whenever needed in a WhatsApp group chat. Here, I will also send you journaling prompts and small homework assignments to get you through the week until our next call.
Each week will include group calls, interactive sessions, and personalized support materials. Additionally, I'll be available for 1:1 coaching sessions for anyone needing extra support (disclaimer, this comes at an extra cost).
