I’m so glad you’re here.

Whether you’re fully alcohol-free, sober curious, or simply taking a break from the booze, there’s a place for you in the Sober in Central Park community.

It’s always a good time to reevaluate your relationship with alcohol.

You are not alone.

SICP initiatives provide a safe space for community and connection, without the presence of alcohol.

Step into a higher version of yourself.

Mindset is everything…

… especially when you’re on alcohol-free /sober journey.

I wasn’t able to succeed in my sobriety, no matter how hard I tried, until I found ways to mentally train (and trick) myself.

How did I get this info?

A LOT of therapy, research, and a complete spiritual awakening.

We are such powerful beings - the secret is understanding how to access, influence, and properly harness your energy.

It took me years to figure these things out, and I can’t wait to teach you what I’ve learned.

What impacts our mindset?

  • Journaling

  • Daily affirmations (preferably said in the mirror)

  • Gratitude lists

  • Sound frequencies

What we think and say about ourselves - to ourselves - determines our reality.

Yes, being kinder to yourself is one solution, but limiting beliefs and negative self-talk are often so entrenched in our subconscious mind.

Mindset and community are the most important parts of recovery.

Let’s identify whats holding you back from achieving your goals and align you with the person you were destined to be.

I can’t wait to meet you.

Change your relationship with alcohol by changing your relationship with yourself.

Taking care of your mental and physical health is vital for a healthy and successful recovery.

As a high-achieving ADHD woman, I suffered from extreme anxiety and depression for the majority of my life.

By removing alcohol from the equation and implementing consistent behaviors - such as saying daily affirmations and consistently moving my body in Central Park - my whole life rapidly transformed.

I was finally able to break free of the drinking trap: drink alcohol > little to no sleep > wake up with a hangover > hangxiety > eat unhealthy foods > lack of motivation > swear not to drink again> shame spiral > drink again > REPEAT (over and over).

The biggest thing I’ve learned is that alcohol impacts every aspect of life - it is all connected. I lost 100 lbs in less than a year and completely changed my life.

I can help you transform yours too (and achieve your wildest dreams along the way.) Mindset is key - you got this.
